Why does this ball have no bounce? I have pumped it up fully, completely deflated in case the air was old and inflated ot again and still nothing

Didn’t meet expectations

Great grip and design however the ball is 100grms heavier than a standard ball. Took it to the court and compared it to the other brands I.e. Spaulding, Wilson etc. and they were perfect weight and texture. Will not be buying again.
