Such a cute little book! The illustrations are wonderful and the thoughtful teachings are a perfect read to get a positive vibe and gorgeous frog heels in a moment of need! Purchased this as a gift and my friend absolutely loved it.

Don’t expect a long read, I think I finished it in 20 minutes but it made me smile throughout, had helpful tips and the little frog is too cute. It’s a book you can go back to over and over again when you need to reset.

Over time I have purchased many self care books. From the great giants in their field, written by leaned individuals all with seemingly the top qualifications. However this little book is by far the most helpful on self care I’ve ever purchased. Sometimes small, simple and beautifully illustrated can be the most effective. This is a gentle book I recommend highly.

The book itself is really well made and of good quality. Nice print and very good content to promote mindfulness. The illustrations are beautiful, cute, and whimsical. I am really excited to gift this to my friend who is a frog lover. I think she will be really happy with it.
