Good iron tablets.
This was an amazing set of chewable iron tablets. I never knew their was chewable and have to take iron every day so this basically makes my life simpler. It’s easy and has maintained my iron levels very well. I like the taste and that it also has vitamin c included. A must have for anyone that is anemic.

Great
Taking these while pregnant for low iron. It has returned my iron levels back to “normal” levels. I don’t do well swallowing pills so these are perfect. Dissolves very fast in your mouth. The taste isn’t bad, it’s like citrus. So at least when you burp it tastes like citrus. Doesn’t turn your teeth brown. Side note- It’s a very high dose so I don’t think you’d need these unless your doctor says so.

The taste is not bad.
Well, I like that it's high volume so I can just chew half of it if I want to, but the taste is very pleasant so I don't worry about it but for somebody without bariatric like myself, I think that chewing a whole one daily would be far too much. If I'm eating steak, I won't take it, but if I don't eat a lot of protein, I will take a half of one.

Worth it!
Great product! I have had iron deficiency anemia. It has helped improve my situation.. They are early dissolving or chewable highly absorbable. I recommend this product.

Iron aftertaste
Well, these are fast melting and the initial flavor is not bad. But, they made me have very light burps, in which I could taste the iron and got nauseous. Also and coughing, hiccups, etc you'll take the iron. It's not pleasant. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, I recommend the iron gummies from Vitamatic. The taste is far better and no aftertaste. Same 65mg per serving

Was easy on my digestive system
Most iron supplements cause constipation for me and my doctor said most iron supplements cause constipation period! This however was true to their marketing and did not cause constipation however I only take it intermittently-not every day. It has a pleasant taste and overall I am pleased with the product.
