A handy bulk buy for an elderly relative which ensures she always has a decent supply to hand. These pads provides the reassurance to remain dry and comfortable on the days mobility is not so good and dignity when toilet facilities are not as accessible as they should be.

Ideal for need

Bought these for intense skipping sessions at CrossFit, works well and stops the leaking. The only issue is these are very long and thick, not ideal for use with tight clothing!

Happy with always discreet incontinence pads they are Comfortable, put my mind to rest while I'm out. Not happy with the delivery as they did not follow instructions.

I am writing this review so no-one follows my mistake. I have rated this review a five, as I don't believe it will be fair of me to rate it any lower because I did not buy it for the purpose it is used for and have never needed to. I mistakened this product for ordinary pads and they are far from ordinary pads. If you buy these for regular menstrual use, you have been warned, you will not feel comfortable and if you're on the heavier end like me, you will go through these very quickly. Usually I order the jumbo pads from Always but was on a budget. These won't keep you dry through the night put in that way. If you skip to the reviews like me, for products you buy online frequently, I hope I have saved you and your wallet the headache.

Better than expected. I have experienced slight leakage after giving birth especially when I cough and sneeze and this did the job for me. It was long enough to make me feel like I was properly protected. Thin enough for me not to feel conscious of it. There was no odour and absorbed my leakage very well. Overall it made me feel very comfortable wearing it and I will buy it again.

Livrés dans un carton bien fermé ,donc discret , heureuse surprise de constater qu' il contient 5 paquets de 16 serviettes , alors que je ne pensais en recevoir qu'un . Produit d'hygiène efficace ,bien supérieur aux autres car pas trop épais mais couvrant .

I have a little problem with bladder leakage and found these perfect to wear for all day comfort. It has excellent absorbency. There is no odour and it moulds to your body.
