solid machine
I've used the mixer only once since purchase; it feels solid and of decent quality. I like the fact it has a number of different speeds (but haven't used the turbo feature yet). I chose Philips as this machine replaces one I've used for many years.What did surprise me was the fact I needed to buy a 2-pin to 3-pin plug adaptor. If this was mentioned in the description, I must have missed it.

There is no slow
There is no slow speed which is required when baking.I found the beaters quite difficult to fit.

Difficult to attach beaters
I replaced my 40 year old Philips with this new one.However I am having difficulty attaching the beaters - if there’s a knack, I’ve not found it yet.
