I have allergies and this Spring has been murder. I have been taking all the top name brands, one after another, and they do nothing, basically. This stuff works! I’ve been using it for over 15 years and won’t be without it. It works for any allergy for me, dust, dander and even poison ivy!! I’ve found that if I take it late (as in full blown break out of sneezing or poison ivy blisters) it is not effective at all. Taking it in the early stages helps me most or even as a preventative. Not sure what warmth has to do with this, but I think this is probably the best thing I can take for my allergies! For whatever reason, I forget to purchase, then spend at least a month complaining until I remember this cure in a bottle. I don't know how it does it, but my runny and itchy eyes feel better almost immediately.At one time, this was on the subscribe and save and I wish it would come back again that way.
