I LOVE this stuff! I have been taking it for a couple of months now and I can tell noticeable differences with my skin. I even stopped taking it for two months and started again, and yes, it really does help. I know you can mix it in with stuff, but I just eat the recommended two spoonfuls in the morning when I wake up. It tastes like your eating jam, which I don't mind. I buy the mango/pineapple flavor which is delicious. There are sometimes chunks or little pieces inside, but it is just parts of the fruit. I even tried the more expensive brand, True Sea Moss. They sell it on here and Whole Foods- this one does the exact same, just get this one.
