Buy this immediately if your pet has tear stains, got my pup 2 years ago and he had tear stains from day 1.My previous Shih Tzu never suffered with tear stains so I was new to this. For 2 years I tired every kind of wipes and solution that claimed to remove the stain but nothing worked his eyes always looked wet and running with a horrible red colour.I tried changing to stainless steel bowls, bottled water, nothing worked I have having to trim his eye fur every few days.I was browsing on Amazon and came across eye envy. 2 things put me off, the price and also because it was a powder. I had a look at the reviews and decided to give it a go 22/4/26.I cannot recommend this enough within 2 weeks the stain had grew out and I trimmed it away and you can see from the first 4 pictures how coopers eyes are now. I used this religiously every single morning on his eyes I am now doing every 2nd day. And eventually will do every 4th day.I have had this over 1 month and I still have solution and powder left however the pads have ran out but I just use cotton pads. I didn’t bother paying extra for the brush I just used a super soft make up brush and that works perfect for me.Cooper doesn’t bother at all once the powder has been applied doesn’t rub his eyes and no redness around his eyes there is no smell at all & it’s certainly better than some of the wet solutions on the market. Applying once a day is more than enough and his eyes are never wetFirst 4 pictures are now and the rest was his eyes before. Cannot recommend enough but cannot stress enough that you have to be consistent and do this daily until the stain is under control.Bit of a long review but wanting to give my best honest review as Ano when I was looking for something I scrolled through thousands of reviews.

Good product but expensive especially as u only get half a tub of very thin wipes,I feel short changed! I buy just the powder normally as I found over the years Optrex works just as well as the boric acid in it (not harmful) works well, safe and alot cheaper. I love the powder but you have to be careful when u open to use it as it goes everywhere which is wasteful. Works best once eyes are dry I use a tiny natural make up brush to apply.

I purchased this twice once in a kit and then the powder .I had high hopes for this product as i read reviews which sounded promising .Unfortunately it hasnt worked for me with my english bulldog .The powder masks the tear stains lje we use foundation then a couple of hours they are very visible again .The solution doesnt help remove the stains as there is nothing noticeable on the pads

works very effectively. It gently removes tear stains and improves the appearance of the fur around the eyes. Easy to use and safe for regular care. I highly recommend this product.

Not working

My poor little 1 yr old Maltese started staining at about 7 months old. Between 7&10 months his eyes got SO bad. No matter how well groomed or how often I tried to wash/dry his face his tears persisted and sometimes he had an entirely brown face! It was pretty heartbreaking as altho only cosmetic I missed my white puppy! He has blocked tear ducts but we didn’t really want to put him through an operation to have them flushed or ‘re-shaped’ as it seemed a bit much and also costly. Having seen this product mentioned for months I thought I’d have a go as I’d exhausted all other obvious methods. Well after 2 weeks of using once a day (I’m not doing it twice even tho it suggests this) it has honestly surprised me. His face IS whiter, the stains much much lighter & I can see a gap between the new hair & old stains which I hadn’t snipped off. I will re-review in a few months to see if he ever gets back to his true white self but I am super impressed and recommend this product. You do need to wash their faces first (I use the spa dog facial wash with blueberry) and then towel dry, use a small amount of the solution & then laboriously tap & rub on the powder. Thankfully he is quite patient and let’s me.

…wirkt jedoch nicht bei der Beseitigung des Problems, sondern kaschiert es nur. Daher ist es möglicherweise für Hunde- und Katzenausstellungen geeignet, aber nicht zur Beseitigung eines medizinischen Sachverhaltes. Ich möchte es dennoch empfehlen wegen der leichten Handhabung.
