How much weight can this support? All it says is "better load-bearing capacity"

Dear customer, the maximum weight this camera mount can support is 5 lbs.

How deep/wide is the top hook?

Dear customer, the depth of the top is 0.4inch

Does this work well on a 2020 (or older) iMac? The ones with the sloped back.

It should work fine. I use mine on an external monitor, and do so easily.
