good dough, if mixed as per instructions, it is like working with traditional dough. try adding a teaspoon or 2 of Oregano basil maybe fine crushed rosemary or fine diced fresh garlic. we use cento pizza sauce. Pepperoni, fresh yellow bell peppers diced some onion...you are talking great pizza ( be sure to put a big of carbquick or flour on the peel ) if you have a 18x18 baking stone, heat the stone while gou prep- the crust comes out nice. next purchase, I want to try a Sicilian style!

Tastes good and easy to make
I am diabetic. This pizza crust does not seem to raise my blood sugar. It also tastes pretty good and is easy to make.

Very good. The taste and texture is much like "normal" pizza crust, but with the benefit of having a lower carb. Easy to make and bake.

Not happy or impressed with product
I have made regular crust mixes and expected this to be a little different. I mixed it up, was never really able to get get it in a ball shape as it kept crumbling. Let it rest and then tried to roll out. I tried everything to get this mass to roll out. It kept breaking and was unable to get any kind of usable product. Ended up throwing it away. I wish I would have saved my money. Good luck

**Update** 12/29/24--Still using this, improving the taste each time. I add a tsp of dried Instant yeast or any yeast into the 1/2 cup of water + 1 tbsp of water, I heat the water to under 110 degrees, add a tsp of real sugar (the yeast will consume it), let it proof a bit, add Italian seasoning and a little of (Nutritional Yeast to the mix-- optional) to give it more of a yeast proof dough taste).Add a little melted butter with garlic powder on the edges after adding toppings to the crust--really adds more flavor! It tastes really close to real pizza crust and I am a regular buyer of the 3 pack--I keep it on hand for those easy meal nights and my 10 yr old still loves it! **We're on keto and this is a great treat to have! I'm a repeat buyer, I buy the 3 pack so I can have this on hand. My suggestion to anyone buying this is to use warm water and add a little nutritional yeast for more of a the yeast taste like a regular pizza crust has. It is not exact but it is close, the texture is almost there, but not almond flour crumbly texture. No complaints other than it is expensive for what it is, but if I had a recipe close to this I'd make it; this is easy to do! Quick dinner option. My 10 yr old loves it and you can say he's picky and knows what real pizza tastes like. lol
