Excellent for sleep quality and duration.You can achieve 7-9 hours of deep sleep with this. I would advise fix your habits first (don’t eat before bedtime, no electronics within 1 hour of sleep, cool temperature, consistent bed time, etc), but using this to supplement your sleep routine is game changer.For me I usually have to wake up halfway through my sleep to do Islamic morning prayer, which takes about 15-30 minutes but I can fall back asleep on a dime to finish the remainder of my sleep. That’s how great this magnesium supplement is.Magnesium glycinate is the correct form of Mg for sleep, and so far this is best Magnesium glycinate I’ve had.
