Expensive but very nice
Using with a MacBook pro (intel i7) and MacBook Air (M1) alongside a 4k Dell monitor 60hz. Works straight away with no issues (using a displayport cable from the dock to monitor) and other accessories connected as well. Dock is very quiet (no noticeable noise coming from dock or separate power adapter) and it gets warm as expected but not hot.

Unusable
I've tried 2 of these in the last couple of days & they both had the same fault: screen flickering and horizontal white lines flashing every few secondsThis was using HDMI and a 2023 MBP14. The screen works perfectly when plugged into the Mac directly, with the same cable.Anker are normally rock solid, but there's clearly a shielding issue with this design

Doesn’t work with Mac as there’s no displaylink
Highly priced docking station that doesn’t work with macs because of no display link chip. Other than that it’s fantastic but because of the price it’s 3 stars from me

Plenty of ports
Great item, feels like a quality product, loads of port options and at a decent price.

Used - Like New But broken
I ordered this docking station to my Dell XPS 17 - I bouth "used like new" item. All vide ports (hdmi and display) started flickering after a few hours of use. After a few days stopped working completely. It's my third item that I bought as "used like a new" from Amazon that was broken. It looks for me that Amazon sells broken items that are returned by customers. Few days elier I ordered used like new keyboard with broken Enter key.

Works intermittently
The problem with this docking station is that it's temperamental and doesn't work as a docking station should. With 2 monitors and 2 KVM switches attached (one for keyboard and mouse, the other for a camera and microphone), I'm constantly faffing trying to get it to work. And often it'll completely ignore that the KVM switches are attached, especially the keyboard and mouse.I've had the first unit replaced, and after 6 months the second has the same issue. There's clearly a design fault with this docking station.Unless you have a simple setup, I'd avoid this. It's not good for a home setup where you have your own and a work laptop using the same peripherals.

Crazy expensive for what you get, overall it's disappointing.
I wanted to use 4 screens with my thunderbolt 4 laptop which works fine, however, there are some big downsides. If you are running 4 screens the lan speed drops through the floor. Mine went from 300mbps running two screens right down to 19mbps running 4.I tried various tests, including removing the lan and switching to WiFi, on WiFi and 4 screens I consistently got 250mbps. Basically the lan port on the unit is unusable when running 4 displays. I can only think this is down to everything coming through 1 thunderbolt port and there just not being enough bandwidth for a decent lan speed and 4 HD displays.I admit I'm disappointed, yes it does 4 displays but the lan speed is a real problem for me as I video call a lot for work.
