Perfect Birthday set up at an affordable price
This was a perfect Birthday pack set my for my daughter who just had her 6th Birthday party. I put the Birthday Banner over some blue and orange foil streamers and ordered a couple more of the table cloths and it was just right!

Balloons don’t hold helium
Our daughter loved the set. The banner is adorable and so easy to put up (love that it’s already together), the napkins don’t bleed color, and the plates (although small) were of good quality. The only issue is the balloons didn’t hold helium for longer than half a day. Also the decal on the balloons was pretty light so unless you’re up close, they look like normal balloons. I would still buy the set again and just get different balloons.
