When I went through the first bottle of these I wasn't impressed. I had seen a podcast that suggested we're supposed to feel a marked difference in our energy/being when we take supplements, or else they're not for you, and the host was promoting this brand. Well, I didn't notice any difference taking these and was feeling like I wasted a significant amount of money.... I don't consider them cheap. So, I decided to try them one more time, but not everyday. I instead used them during a 3-day fast, and during my period. THAT'S when I noticed the difference.... a marked difference. Both events usually drain my energy, but for the first time ever, I wasn't sluggish.
