This is by far the best matcha green tea i have had so far. The price is a bit steep but, if your willing to pay it then in totally recommend this. You wont be disappointed.

It was a bad experience the color is dull, the after taste is kind of bitter Not Ceremonial.

The color of this matcha is a somewhat bright green. It seems to be very good quality, but I do not know if it is really ceremonial grade. The color seems a bit duller than I would expect.That said, it does taste very good. It has a mild bitterness, not overwhelming but definitely better when balanced with a bit of sweetness (I’ve tried it both whisked into water and made into a latte, and both were very good). It does blend fairly easily.The price of this is fair for ceremonial grade, if that is accurate. The packaging is nice and does a good job of keeping the tea fresh until opened, and reseals well.

Having extensive experience with matcha green tea, I will say with certainty and conviction that this is NOT worth the price. This matcha green tea is labeled as ceremonial grade; this is Perhaps culinary grade, which makes a big difference! The difference is not only found in the taste, but also the quality as well! With that said, this matcha powder should be a bright vibrant green color. However, that is not the case. If I was looking to purchase culinary grade matcha, which is a lower quality for matcha green tea, there would be no issue. The fact that it is labeled as ceremonial, but also at a higher price point, cannot be justified. I will not purchase again.

Zen Tea Leaf’s matcha powder has been fantastic for tea and even other uses like a smoothie bowl! Zen’s matcha is premium-grade and worth every penny. Best matcha ever!

This is now my favorite match green tea powder; it tastes delicious and is super easy to make; it dilutes quickly and tastes excellent. Great quality product and value price.
