It even says on their website "puts an end to β€œcrawling under the table and behind the PC”.". In reality it does not appear to be correct. It would appear that it only runs 5 Gb per port, I have only had one device to test with, but it doesn't go over on any port. (In fact CDM shows 480MB/s).If I crawl under the desk and plug the same drive and same cable in to the back of the PC I get 10, (over 1000 MB/s in CDM).I would be really happy if support contacted me to tell me I was doing something wrong, or had a firmware update or something, but I think the reality of this is that it is not as described. Shame it took so long for me to be able to test and find out, otherwise it would have gone back.Was tempted to put one star, but for what it does actually do it seems fine.Update: As mentioned by another reviewer, for some reason this blocks sleep/wakes the computer. I have had to disable all USB wake options which is a little bit annoying...Update 2: So after a lot of digging the "Key-A" motherboard connection that everyone refers to as 3.2 Gen 2, is actually on my Gigabyte motherboard only Gen 1, so looks like people aren't referring to it correctly or Gigabyte are just being odd. Very odd as it has rear Gen 2 ports that work at 10Gbps...Still wakes up though unless I disable keyboard and mouse wake up... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Faulty but seller gave full technical help *by A***K on 16 August 2023* Product only working on USB-A ports and no power on USB-C, seller contracted and he gave technical advice and troubleshooting, finally product was found faulty and seller did not hesitate to refund fully, I have no problem with ordering from seller in the future.
