I have been taking Nature's Craft "DIM for Men" for 1 month along with my multi-vitamin. I eat fairly healthy. Before taking DIM for Men I had low energy and felt sluggish. Within a week of taking this supplement my overall strength and energy began improving. I didn't experience any jitters or troubling side-effects. I have been able to stay productive, active and focus much longer than previous months. I think the combination of ingredients have made a positive difference in my rest and wake cycles. I engage more physical activities, exercise and projects. I am not on any other medications and do not rely on energy drinks for events needing endurance and stamina. Glad I found this product.

I got these as a trial without really knowing what it was supposed to do for me. Without any expectations, I don't think I had any placebo effect. At first I thought they bothered my stomach, but I took a break for about a week and then started up again and have been taking one daily since then without any further stomach issues. As someone in his mid-60's previously on TRT but not now, I think it has helped a little bit with slightly more energy but no jitters. I can't say for sure that it has improved prostate health over the past several weeks but it certainly hasn't hurt it. And it also may have improved things in the bedroom department somewhat. But all of this is rather subjective and I wouldn't say that I can definitely point to something that has had a marked improvement. What I am thinking will happen is that I will take these until they are gone for another month or so. Then I will see what happens when I stop them. If I feel that I lose ground in any area, I wouldn't hesitate to order them again to get back to where I am now in which case I will update this review. This may not be a glowing review, but I feel it is a fair and honest one.

It took about two weeks before I really started taking notice of subtle changes in my daily routine. I am able to say for certain that DIM was responsible for the effects I’ve had. I have not changed any other things in my routine other than taking one pill a day. It’s been almost a month now. The two major results I can say DIM is responsible for are, increasing my daily energy level and much more importantly to me is how much it has reduced my stress levels. I find myself so much more calm and focused. Little things in my job that always have brought me great stress have seemed to have eased any major stress I had in the past. And for that this supplement to me is worth it’s weight in gold. I hope you all experience the same!

Item is of high quality and works, almost a bit too well. I took it for seven days, one each day, and it created a more energetic feeling and an uplifting mood. For the first few nights sleep seemed better as well, though hard to tell. Then it got a bit too nervous, like drinking three cups of coffee. So, I will try lower dosages. Only noticeable side-effect was a loser stool. Would recommend with caution - it works as advertised.

I absolutely love this product. I hoped that it would hit me faster but after a week of using it, I am very pleased with how it has helped my adrenals and overall mood. I did not know what to expect really with this product, just that I had hoped it would be good. For the money, it is superior to other products like it. the product this company makes are always good in my experience so I guess I should not be surprised I like this one also. The quality is on point and while I do not know where they source their ingredients from, I do know at the very least that it is great stuff. I highly recommend this product and anything else this company sells.

I have been taking DIM Supplement for Men for approximately 50 days. During this time, I initially started experiencing very mild headaches. However, as time went on I also started feeling lethargic, as if I were on the verge of developing a serious, life-altering health condition. This was very concerning, especially because three days ago, I was so debilitated that I couldn't leave the house and was experiencing major balance issues. I then reflected on my current supplements, and the only new addition to my multivitamins was the DIM Supplement for Men. After reading other one star reviews on Amazon, I realized that this supplement was likely the cause of my symptoms.
