Nice quality looks lovely and a sturdy brush. Customer service was fantastic. Unfortunately mine arrived damaged I contacted them immediately. There was no issue another was sent out straight away.

Looks nice new - top started to rust and the length of the brush means the metal lid comes in contact easily with toilet bowls leaving those grey light scratches on the white porcelain - not the best quality and flawed design

The unit like our other brushes started well but 6 months down the line it has come to this state. We treat all our toilet brush units the same, yet this one has failed within 1 year. Not sure if material failure or normal for this unit. Amazon does not allow any contact post a month or so. Possible I am not knowledgeable in area of contacting seller. Any help.will be received

Where the lid is placed means the handle is not long enough to reach the bottom of the toilet bowl without banging the lid .... not great. It will be discarded and replaced ....
