Love the light, but it's not charging
Hi, I bought this a few months back, but never used it until I had a shoot recently. The light is great, provides a lot of light and is very handy. However, I have been trying to charge it afterwards, but it stays stuck on 2 green dots and won't go back up to 4 green dots (fully charged). It wasn't all the way empty. It was at 2 dots and is staying there, so it's not charging. Why could this be? Could the brand maybe give some advice please?

Faulty product
Wouldn’t ever fully charge and now won’t even turn on or charge at all. Unusable and a waste of money. Missed the returns window as I didn’t realise it was faulty straight away. Quite expensive for a poorly made product.

There was no stand with the items when they arrived, but if you look at it on the website, it looks like it has a stand on it, although I wasn't there when they brought them. While I would like to return it, I realize that is a very powerful one, so I decided to keep it

Great Rig
The battery life on this is impressive! It provides a lot of light for over two hours per charge and has a ton of variety in color and intensity. This can be used both hand held or mounted on a tripod for greater versatility. It is sturdy and functions exactly as described. The USB-C charging port is located on a corner to allow for charging while it is mounted or laying down. While it takes a while to get to full charge that has not been a problem for me at all. Very happy with this purchase.
