I was hoping against all hope, this would be as good as my mom's $800 robot, and wow, let me tell you how amazed I was at this robot vacuum! It is super quiet and does an amazing job. I set it to clean every morning, at 7am, and without fail, it will clean the whole hose, and on one charge, mind you. The battery life is superb to my other two lol. I cannot recommend this vacuum enough. I love the mop feature as well. Now don't get me wrong, it does what those kinds of mops do, it gets surface dirt off the floor, and for me that is important. It will vacuum and mop at the same time, and I love that. I have two cats, and this thing doesn't have a problem vacuuming their fur off the floor at all. I love the self-emptying feature the most. That part sounds like a jet engine, but i can deal, because it is only momentary. You must give some thought to buying this one, because I am really very happy with it.

I really had high hopes for this vacuum. But, in the end, I had to return it. The first two issues and this is my fault for not paying attention. 1. There is only one spinning side brush. I didn't notice this when I purchased this item. The one spinning brush has no power so it is barely moving and basically not that effective. 2. You can only use plain water for moping. I don't know if this is a thing for these types of robot vacuums. But, I am not moping my floor with plain water. Also doesn't seem to look like a good idea to leave plain water in the vacuum. I will be honest, I did not try the mopping feature, because of this. Even with these two issues, I was still going to keep the vacuum. Issue 3: The vacuum wheels were making a loud clanking noise. I checked the wheels, under the vacuum and could not find what was causing the noise. Issue 4 (the deal breaker): It did a horrible job vacuuming my floor. I have all hardwood floors. I picked up every rug and made sure there were no obstacles. After 2 hours of vacuuming, I come downstairs and it looks like it spread trash from one side of the room to the other. I don't know if I just got a bad one, but this one performed very poorly. I have a robot vacuum for my upstairs. It is a different brand and it works 10 times better than this one.

I was a little skeptical at not buying one of the big three named robot vacs but read enough to take a chance on it. We absolutely love this thang ! It performs exactly as we had hoped. We have not tried the mop function as we really weren’t interested in that feature. The app interface is a little tricky at first to get used to but after a little trial and error you get the hang of it. It could be improved but it is fully functional and once you set it up you don’t have to go deep into the mapping system to get done what you need. It’s great to be able to program it to vacuum high traffic areas on off days and full cleans on others. The dust bin is great as we were emptying the previous one daily. It does use more battery on carpeted areas so it may need to recharge during the clean in a larger home. We are very pleased with the unit it does everything we had hoped for. Definitely recommend this it does a great job !

We have around 1500 sq ft of hard floors, wood, tile and vinyl. Before purchasing this I had the S5. The S5 had a larger brush roll and seemed to pick up dirt and hair better. This S8 has a mop feature which I rarely use. No go zones work great, app works great, love having the suction base so I no longer have to empty the dustbin each time. Have been using for 3 months and the bag is just now filling up & we have 2 dogs and a cat. Overall I’m happy with it, just would rather trade out the mop feature for a larger brush roll and better pick up.

I use this robot vacuum for carpet and hard floors. It does well enough on the carpet. Like all "robots", it cannot get into spaces smaller than itself. The worst part is that it does not empty dirt contents well at all. I had to use my shop vac to clean out the the unit completely before the next use. The roller brush also has to be cleaned manually. I regret that I did not purchase the Shark Ultra instead.

This vacuum definitely does the job. I love it! The app is so easy and user friendly. That was important to me. It is a learning curve, since it was my first robot vacuum. I would recommend when you map around a dining set, remove the chairs the first time, then you can leave them in place after that. Also the mopping mechanism is a bit cheap. It works, but will detach itself when going from hard floor to carpeting. A little annoying, but you just have to save a “mopping map” that eliminates your rug space. I recommend this vacuum!

Buena compra muy contenta

I've been using this for three months now. More cons than pros. I mainly run this on a 60% carpet, 40% hardwood level of my house. It's good a picking up loose fur and loose light surface mess on carpet. It's not so great a deeper stuff on carpet. For instance, it barely picks up any litter that is tracked outside the litter box on carpet. It does pick up the tracked litter on hard wood. The app is bad. It's seemingly intuitive with a bunch of gotchas. For instance, when cleaning, if it notices any changes to the layout(like you left a ball on the floor) it creates a new map. And then when you clean-up these temporary maps, it deletes your scheduled jobs without warning. It's also pretty awful if you want to use it multi-level. For instance, if you bring it to another level and try to make it run, it won't run if you didn't build a map and it won't save the built map if it cannot find the base after it cleans. That's just bad programming. Another con is that its profile is pretty high and won't clean under the toe kicks in kitchens and bathrooms. And it does not detect stairs. I had an old dumb robot vac that could do that 10 years ago, you would figure with the lidar that this thing claims it has, it could detect and avoid stairs. I'll use this thing until it dies, but i definitely would not recommend this bot. Save up and get a better named brand bot. Update: Botslab doesn't seem to be selling dust bags anymore, can only find a few third party sellers selling bags at extremely overinflated prices.

Me funciona de maravilla la uso del diario y llevo mas de 3 meses con ella, aspira bien quita todos los pelos de mi perro y polvo, lo que si es que la fregona sirve para quitar el polvo pero si tienes manchas profundas no quitará la mancha . Lo malo es que tenemos que estar limpiándolo máximo cada dos días ya que el agua de robot se termina y también tienes que quitarle lo que se atora al cepillo, también tienes que quitar todos lo que pueda atorarse con el rodillo. Pero fuera de eso todo genial

Ocho meses y ya se descompuso, el servicio de atención a clientes es malo, no me han solucionado nada despues de un mes de escribirles, sólo me han recomendado hacer limpiezas externas cuando claramente el robot indica que es un fallo en el motor principal. 17-diciembre-2023. Actualización 26-mayo-2024, después de rebotar y rebotar entre amazon y el distribuidor en México, nadie me dió ningún tipo de respuesta satisfactoria, 360 me hará la reparación con costo por haber sido comprado en amazon y no directamente en tienda de la marca. Pediré una cotización o en su defecto venderé por piezas ésta basura. Definitivamente es ya un requisito obligatorio comprar las garantías extendidas, lección aprendida.

Tengo un ganadero australiano y es difícil mantener la casa en orden. Con este robot no me preocupo más y todos los días hace un ciclo de limpieza y mi casa esta en perfecto orden.

Tengo 2 perros y un gato y limpia súper bien!!! Recoge todos los pelos, y ayuda a mantener la casa trapeada. Yo trapeo 1 día bien con trapeador y al día siguiente barre y trapea la máquina. Muy silenciosa Totalmente la recomiendo !!!
