After not receiving my order and contacting the customer service team, they had the product sent out straight away for me. It arrived promptly. No idea where the original order was.Regards to the actual product itself, omg! Use it you won't be disappointed!We live in a very scaley water area and after weeks of trying alsorts of products to clean our toilets which I was highly stressed over, I literally had this product down the loos with in ten mins of it arriving! Yeah I've taken photos, they speak for themselves! Though I promise our house is spotlessly tidy and it was our toilets letting me down... Untill now :)

I live in a really hard water area and retail descalers are a waste of money.This stuff does what you'd expect, scale just fizzes away to nothing. I'm not 100% sure of my chemistry but I believe phosphoric acid is a weaker acid than even citrus. (Note, I'm not talking about concentration levels here.) Why mention this? Well, if I leave it in a sink or other vitreous enamelled container (toilet) overnight you don't want your enamel being eaten away, making a rough surface. I haven't seen any problems of that type with this stuff.(Any chemistry buffs who know more, please comment.)

I was a bit over faced with all the commercial dishwasher descalers and after a lot of searching bought this one. I wasn’t let down. Followed the instructions on my classeq dishwasher for descaling, added 10 floz into the washer tank, ran it through a few times and drained it. It’s now super sparkly and as good as new. Great for our very hard water area.

Great Descaler worth paying the bit Extra instead of buying the Supermarket Shelf Stuff.

Best descaler i've ever bought! Used on a large tea urn (water boiler for hot drinks). Poured a quarter of the solution diluted with water to the max level inside the urn and left over night. the next day all limescale had dissolved. No need to scrub, simply wash out and rinse thoroughly.

Did exactly what it should do and dissolved timescale from just about everything we used it on. Diluted with a small spray it cleaned taps showers and undiluted everything else. Toilets kettles etc

Nothing to dislike.

Does a very good job of removing rust. Bought it to clean up some very old tools that had corroded and it did a good job - much cheaper than the rust remover I used before.
