Do the makers of this product care that it has no real medicine in it whatsoever, and that homeopathy doesn’t work?

Why did the price double from two weeks ago?

The manufacturer’s suggested retail price on a single item of Hyland’s Defend Sinus tablets is $12.99. Is this medicine sublingual. In other words can it be spit out? (why am I asking?  = sensitive stomach)

Yes it is sublingual, dissolves under the tongue for the fast action, not much sensation for the stomach. It is more like candy then tablet.Kindlyherbalstargate

How long will this take to work?

When I've taken Hylands Sinus it usually takes 15 minutes or so to begin working.  I usually take several doses for a more "stubborn" Sinus headache.
