Will this fit a E8759 cistern?

Probably, but I consider these units to be below par and very "finnicky" to set up proper dual operation so I replaced throughout with Fluidmaster 820074 Dual Flush Valve Top Action Mechanical Operation, one Colour. All fits Armitage Shanks cistern fine and easy to set up. I did not fit a new filling valve as originals work OK. I appreciate that this means shutting off the water and removing the cistern from the wall, but given the poor quality of the original and appaling use of Silicone Sealant by the plumbing contractor used by the builder I felt it was worth changing out four units even though less than 5 years (4 in some cases) after multiple visits by original plumbers to fix leaks and mis-fittings. I did the job myself and with no Silicone used - no leaks. They are designed to be fitted in this manner - what did plumbers do prior to Silicone, well most had served an apprenticeship and knew their job!

Does this fit the ideal standard alto dual flush?

Wasn't alto dual flush I needed part for but Google it and that should get you part number, that's how I got mine! Sure Amazon will have part or equivalent.

Can you get a raised button for disabled use?

You could have a raised button by not trimming the pushrods to correct length

Will this fit the ideal standard E7514 cistern please?

Yes it should do. The button assembly is fairly universal and fits many variation of cisterns but always good to check.
