Works great for moisturizing. Wash feet, put the oil or lotion on, cover with the bag. Stay seated, watch your favorite movie while getting moisturized. 2. If you want to detoxify... Put a paper towel inside, along the bottom, put your foot in and pour vinegar inside untill the bottom of your foot is covered.
