96 mile hike of the West Highland way completed and not a single blister !i will only ever wear these socks from now on when hiking.worked exactly as advertised.

These are my second purchase of these socks - I find them very helpful in preventing blisters when hiking.They’re slightly expensive but a specialist product which is worth paying extra for. I recommend them!

So far there have been no blisters. The sock is nice to wear, and not too bulky despite its double layer. Washes well and no sweaty aroma. Would recommend and certainly buy again.

Worth the extra money for a blister free experience.

The tops were quite tight if that is a problem for you, my husband is 74 and gets swollen ankles so not so good for him. . The washing instructions are for wool so care to be taken. I was impressed hearing a lecture from a lady who walked from John O Groats to Lands End and she recommended these socks so I bought some for my husband and daughter. Thay fit well but not tested with walking yet ourselves.

Horrible. They were lovely and comfy out of the package but after one wash (in cold water, air dried) they shrunk down to the size of a child's socks. I tried stretching them out to normal size again but they were incredibly uncomfortable and stiff. I thought these would be an easy alternative to wearing toe socks as liners for hiking but I've learned my lesson!

Several months on and lots of miles, still no blisters.They've even survived a few accidental hot washes and trips in the dryer.

I brought these in the hope ut would stop me getting blisters but after a 18 mile walk I still ended up with them. The socks are comfortable though.
