You may think this baking tin is slightly pricey but is really good quality. Suitable for commercial. I am an amateur as you can see what the cake was a lovely even bake (I did two batches/two layers). It was easy to remove from tin. Would definitely recommend.

Feels like a good quality tin, thick metal and relatively heavy. Not sure about the leakiness of the bottom or how long the non-stick would last, but I would always line it so it doesn't bother me. It has good steep square sides which I wanted and will just about fit in the air fryer if I take all the airfryer trays out.

This is a lovely very good quality tin, with deep sides, perfect for a large cake - I'm making my grand daughters christening cake, the removable bottom makes it ultra easy to remove the cake and it's really sturdy

Wow wow wow! I absolutely love this tin. So much so that I have bought two in the 9" range and another in the 8" range.They are so sleek and look classy and professional. The loose bottom is a life saver for getting your bakes out without losing any shape or causing any damage.They are fairly deep meaning you can fill them well with batter and mix. These are so easy to clean and store.As a hobby baker I would recommend to anyone!

This review is for the 9in/23cm tin.The tin is made from 1mm steel. 1mm may not sound that thick, but this is a very well made sturdy tin.It weighs in at 2lb/900g,so it has some weight to it.The internal depth is 3 inch/7.5cm.The tin has a central hole, with a removal base. (Photo).After cooking place the tin on something round, such as a can of soup, you can then lower the sides away from the base. It makes removing cakes incredibly easy.The bottom is a good solid fit, but not watertight, so if you have a very loose cake mix, it will leak out if you do not line with paper. I just grease the sides, then cut a square of greaseproof paper slightly larger than the base. Place this in the tin, and press into the base and sides. The greasing on the tin will stick to the the paper, and so long as you are above the join of the base, you will be fine.For a stiff mix, such as a rich fruitcake, or a chocolate brownie mix, I've found that you are usually fine with just the greasing of the tin, although use lining paper if you have any doubts.Overall, this is a very nicely made baking tin, and the removable bottom makes removing cakes so so easy.I hope you found this review helpful.

Fantastica, robusta, ma attenzione: il fondo è separato dal resto della teglia, che a sua volta è aperta in basso. Non ci si possono mettere cibi che contengono fluidi, come lasagne, perché colerebbe tutto sotto la teglia.
