This product is great, it costs very little and works fine. Just what I needed and what's best is that it's not broken so far (a quality other hard drives lack). The wire is slightly short at times but you can find an extension fairly easily for a very low price.

This, so far, has given me no problems and no cause for concern. I use it daily, I do all my work on it and as of its acquisition it's been storing about 500 GB data (I had a 500 GB 'toughdrive' - I filled it). People have commented on the connection breaking and it certainly feels like it could, it's basically just a dual micro-USB slot, but I treat it nice and it's doing just fine. I also bought a little carry case for it which might help. I would also add that that USB 3.0 stuff is mint, and this is notably quicker than my previous 2.0 which was better to take the hit of transfering data off it to my PC before working on it. This one I can just plug in and go.

One of the best products I have ever used as a hard extra disk. I recommend it to be trust worthy.I have Mac and use it every single day. I have massive photography albums in there as well as almost my whole computer instead of using my Mac to keep my files.

I am not a techno bunny. I was recommended this as "It's so easy" Blah blahI found it immensely frustrating to try and set up. I was all for throwing it in the bin when a computer minded friend helped set it up for manual back-up using a shortcut on my desktop.Utterly useless instructions.But now it is working - it works well - and very fast. It also has a quality feel to it.I recommend it if you are tech-savvy. I recommend it (because it works) if you are not tech-savvy but only if you know someone who is!

This is good if you have a modern laptop. It has a USB 3 cable which won't work on older laptops.I bought it to back up my new laptop so that's fine.Beware if you have older laptops - the USB ports will not be for USB 3 cables!

Simple to use and good quality, great value

Worked fine for a while, but now is not acknowledged by my laptop.When it worked, it was very fast; but is no longer able to be used.

Works as it should. If there was one thing I would change about it, it would be the length of the cable. I think if it was a bit longer it would would be more practical.
