Kung fu fighting!
Alright, others have said this is cheap and will break on you. When it arrived, a piee of the plastic was already broken, but I installed this on my BoB, which it is not meant for, and the broken element was irrelevant. I have worked this dummy over daily for a couple months now. I have not found it to be in danger of breaking on me yet. This attached to bob, has become an excellent work out for me. If this does end up Breaking, I am going to buy another one, because it is the best deal for wing chun workouts. Perhaps many things influence ones experience with it, but for me, my experience has been perfect with it.

and the other feels like softer plastic
I wanted to practice techniques with a training partner, and this works well for that purpose. There are essentially two sheets, one is pliable hard plastic (has 3 holes for the arms), and the other feels like softer plastic. Place the Velcro straps through the slots, the arms through the holes, put the backing on to stack it, and then cinch the straps. Since I chose to put the trainer into my 80lb bag in lieu of following the directions, I basically kept pulling on the straps to cinch it tighter each time. I did this about 4 times over a 24 hour period. Using the trainer is fun. You can practice arm traps, block and counter strikes, and other drills. Punching the plastic backing is stiffer than punching the bag, and the straps can tend to scratch you punching barefisted but I'm pleased with my purchase. It's an ingenious way to give your heavy bag a dual purpose.

Save your money and buy a wooden dummy
One of the arms broke after only a couple weeks of training with it. To be fair, I ended up attaching it to a wooden column, which is certainly not what it was intended for. It probably would have lasted longer if I'd left it on the bag, but it was somewhat annoying to have to continually remove it if I wanted to work with the bag in any other way. It's a nice idea, but I don't think it's a good substitute for the real thing.

Wing Chun Gung Fu Heavy Bag Adaptor
This is my second one the arms one my first one broke. Well, in my opinion if your looking for a Mook Jong but the money is tight then this is your best option. The arms can be replaced using PVC Pipes. The plates that connect to the bag I feel will last but can also be replaced if damaged. My only compliant is that the stitching used for the straps should have been stronger. I tried to use the adaptor the first day it came in and the straps came apart.

Overpriced for a couple piece of plastics and straps.
For a $140 price tag, I expected more from this. Rather, the backing is quite flimsy and the straps are really long, even when wrapped on a standard heavy bag. You can't go hard on it as it will loosen the two sheets of plastic. Maybe it's me, but it also feels a bit small. It's good concept and alternative if you live in an apartment or have limited space. But overall, this product is really worth about $50 and is more than likely geared on working on techniques rather than speed or power.
