I received the GorFanty multi-function steam mop today. The packaging it came in was neat and compact. So far I am pleased with the product. The quality of the steam mop is good and it is very easy to install. The mop did a great job cleaning my living room rug. I will enjoy doing my cleaning routine with this mop.

It’s quite sobering when you realize as you get older some of the most exciting things in your life are the new cleaning products that you acquire. I have to admit I love the steamer. I have tile in my downstairs that has this grout that’s impossible to clean. With one of the nozzle attachments it made cleaning extremely simple and easy. You can also order additional attachments. It works great for my tile floor. I highly recommend.

This beats to the new design of the Shark by a mile. It has an on/off switch. You can see the water level. Lots of steam. Plenty of clean. I love it.

I LOVE THIS THING…..however…..I can not get the attachments black plastic beads out of the hole on the steamer hence the four stars instead of five….i literally have to use a screw driver to push it down so it will release….other than that I’ve cleaned baseboards, cabinets, cat barf on carpets, on and on….it is really hard to change the tools my only gripe….

the Steam Mop Its a great value for you bucks, comes with different attachments that can be used like a regular mop or like a handheld. I have laminate wood floors and clean it without soaking them and disinfect as well do it’s nice to walk barefoot without the feeling you going to soil your feet( specially I have several dogs in the house). it include brushes for precision( tile or grout), windows and even one for carpet( great to deodorize them) the mop steams fast and have a couple of levels of intensity. Plenty of wire extension to move around the house out having to connect and reconnect to another plug. The steam heat position for different surfaces. The water reservoir plenty to do the whole house. Easy to manure and use!!! hands down the best steam mop EVER!!! . very happy costumer!!!!

Don't waste your money like I did. I purchased it May 2024. I used it very rarely since I have mopping robot regularly. This steam mopping worked first year. Now, the steaming noise and heat come out but the mop don't get hot! Such waste of energy because I spent an hour to figure out why. I have a friend who bought it at the same time I did. She said the same thing when I call to find out. It wasn't a good investment.

This mop works well but it tends to fall forward and the Handel breaks off. Ive had to replace it twice. The dial that controls steam also fell off not from the mop falling forward it simply just broke. So to sum it up it’s cheaply made.

My steam mop turns on in 30 seconds to start steaming your floor. My floor feels very clean after using my steam mop. I love it!

I can’t believe I wasted my money on this .. stopped working after just 2 uses under 3 months

Waste of money, it lasted 2 weeks and not sure if I will ever got it repaired or reimbursed
