Does this product help with dry mouth when using a cpap machine?

I have never used a cpap machine. However, I have had severe dry mouth for many years and this is the best mouth spray I have ever tried. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

To be honest is the taste nasty? I bougt one works good but it taste so nasty i wont use it anymore yuck!
