Good cloths
I used these Selvyt cloths to bull up my shoes ready for Remembrance church parade. They lasted well and I did a good job.

Quite expensive, but the best.
If you like your shoes/bag/leather product and you want to look after them, then it is worth investing in a cloth that is purely for maintaining that lovely shine. I know a duster will do a similar job, but it'll also cover your beloved items in fluff, or remnants of last weeks table polish. The cloths are large, and feel like they were made for the military - in fact - I think I read somewhere they were. If you're prepared to put in the effort when polishing your shoes, then this is the cloth to get. Just remember there are other things to consider getting. Selvyt sell a lovely quality shoe brush. You will also need good quality polish (I bought the Saphir brand from Amazon) - If you want to clean your shoes (advisable) before polishing, you should get a cleaning kit, that will still take care of the leather. I chose a set by Renapur - excellent. All in all, if you get shoe/leather envy when you see someone walking past in gleaming dress shoes, and wonder how. It's a combination of all the above. But if you're specifically looking for a leather polishing cloth, then this is the King of them all.

Good but very expensive
Good quality but way too expensive. Good size , bigger than a handkerchief. Washable but stains remain. Only bought as required by BRTC .

A good cloth for shoe lovers
These clothes are great for shoe aficionados. Although, if you wanted to save money you could probably use a rag just as effectively.

Tried and tested for shiny, shiny boots.
A must have for bulling boots! Bulling (bullying, bobbing, etc) is a method for getting REALLY shiny boots. Traditionally I would use a yellow duster, but modern dusters seem to not be made of the same stuff as in years past. The way you get an ultra shiny finish is to build up the layers of polish and, using adequate moisture, ensure that each successive layer fills in the minute gaps of the one before. The result is an extremely shiny surface, but you need a really soft cloth to achieve this. These cloths are an absolute essential item for shine-a-holics. They're really soft, so they don't scratch the surface of the polish and they allow you to get a finish you can shave with - you know, if that's your thing. Suitable for military, cadets, police or anyone who takes pride in shiny footwear and willing to put in the hours necessary.
