Each toothbrush came individually boxed inside the larger box. This is good for if you want to give them to people as presents or something and makes them look fancier, however it does seem a little unnecessary to have boxes within boxes for an 'eco' item. Despite that one niggle, the brushes are great. I like the charcoal bristles and the design is great. This can save me the guilt of having to throw out plastic toothbrushes every few months. Review: Great value and customer service - The product itself seems as I would expect it to be, great value. I've never tried a bamboo toothbrush before so can't compare it unfortunately. But it certainly does the job, I like a medium toothbrush and this is about right. Customer service was great. I needed to order quite a few for a 'plastic free' event at work, and the seller helped me with this and always responded promptly. Not sure if this was packaged by the seller or by desertcart(?) but it was a shame to see the amount of plastic packaging that was used. It's not fragile so simply isn't necessary - shredded paper/card would have held the boxes in place and I'm sure many people buying this product are doing so to reduce their plastic use. Product-wise - it's great, especially for the price.
