Half soft, half hard, great colour selection
Really great for experimenting with colour mixes. The quantities are tiny, so it won't be long before you're buying more. Some shades were exceptionally hard, whilst others were soft enough that they barely needed conditioning. Might be due to the type of pigments used as different pigments absorb moisture to different degrees.

Not able to mix all the colours I need
Just started working with this clay after sculpey being impossible to get, and although I'm perfectly happy with the quality of the clay it's missing such a fundamental colour. There is no warm red. If you aren't familiar with colour theory you might not know that you should be able to mix any possible colour from black, white, and warm and cool hues of red, yellow, and blue. The reason you would ideally have warm and cool versions is because there is physically no possible way to mix red, yellow, or blue, so if the red you have is too 'cool', there is no possible way to mix the colours to achieve a redder red. The first project I wanted to do with these was dependent on having the full spectrum of the rainbow, which is why I bought a pack that has all of the primary colours. Ultimately, I think this is supposed to be marketed as a pack you can buy which allows you to make any colour, which would not be fair to state. Apart from allowing me to vent I hope this will help somebody get all the colours they need to mix any colour, as you'd hope to experience with a pack like this. You'll need to buy a separate bright red (such as cadmium red) in order to be able to mix a fuller range of colours. Sculpey sells their clays in universal hues with universal names like cadmium red, ultramarine blue, etc for this exact reason!

Not great
I don’t like this clay at all! I don’t have any allergies to clay however with this one it always makes my hand feel horrible and always have a burning sensation after using it.

Very hard to shape and to make soft enough, but very professional and beautiful colours
Very hard material, need to bash it a lot to get it to be malleable. Very beautiful colours and makes great products.

Lovely set of colours as a great price
Brilliant price for a nice set of colours.Goes a long way as well.I wanted a small starter pack to try these out before I start using them with my business. Will definitely use Fimo Professional again.

Beautiful
If you're used to souffle or premo then Fimo is definitely much firmer but its a good clay nonetheless. This kit is a perfect little sample set and the colours are pretty much the same after baking. Happy happy.
