Learning Resources Soft Foam Dot Dice - Set of 200

I use these in the MFL dept where I work - they are great for lightening up lessons with board games etc. Since they're made of a dense foam they're quiet so the students can't make noise by dropping them on the desks repeatedly!The only downside which can't be avoided is that the students enjoy drawing on them with biro. The price is quite steep for what it is but I'm happy with the product.

Good quality product in a convenient storage plastic jar. The price was slightly more than I was expecting to pay but having seen the quality of cheaper versions (printing off centre and often unclear) this is worth paying for. The dice are both light and, more importantly quiet. It's also worth having spares as they do have a habit of being pocketed by students - if they weren't so good, they probably wouldn't bother!

Diese Würfel sind wirklich klasse! Sie sind leise und alle Kinder können im Unterricht gleichzeitig würfeln, ohne eine riesige Geräuschkulisse zu erzeugen. Wirklich toll! Ich habe nicht nachgezählt, ob es wirklich 200 Stück sind, aber bei so vielen Würfeln macht das vermutlich auch keinen großen Unterschied, ob es zwei mehr oder weniger sind.

These dice are perfect for the classroom. When the kids are playing games, you don’t hear tons of dice hitting the tables or floors. Also, students don’t bother to purposely throw them down as hard as they can, because they’re not going to roll halfway around the room, like plastic dice will. Also, if you accidentally roll on the board, you’re not going to create a huge mess with player pieces, props, etc. These are little lifesavers :) The only downside is that they don’t roll as well in your hand - you really have to give them a good shake! Or, I suppose you could use a cup (like Yahtzee).

Gave these out to teachers to use with math intervention groups. Perfect for subatizing, learning counting skills, math facts, etc. Great in combination with numeral foam dice too!

Trop génial ! Les dés sont en mousse un peu dure pour être à la fois silencieux et solides (à condition de ne pas les dévorer! ...c'est arrivé dans ma classe :(Bonne qualité donc. Toute une classe peut se livrer à des jeux mathématiques, en même temps, et avec le bruit des dès en moins (un bruit épouvantable sinon). Et même pour un petit groupe, c'est toujours ça de gagné. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

J'aime ces dés en mousse car ils ne font pas de bruit quand les élèves les utilises. De plus, ils me permettent de les utiliser dans plusieurs jeux mathématiques.
