This is a tough product to review, and I’m landing right in the middle with 3 out of 5 stars. On one hand, the build quality and stability are top-notch. On the other hand, it falls short on a feature that almost every driver needs: compatibility with phone cases. Here is the breakdown of why this mount gets a mixed review: • The Big Con (Case Compatibility): Most people use a protective case on their phone, but this mount simply doesn't clamp deeply enough to handle one securely. If you leave your case on, one hard bump in the road can send your phone tumbling down. Having to take your case off every time you get in the car just to keep your phone secure is a real hassle. • Unbeatable Hold (Without a Case): If you don't use a case—or if you have an ultra-thin one—this mount is absolute rock solid. It grips the bare phone like a vise and will hold onto it through the absolute worst bumps and rough roads without flinching. • Great Build & Easy Setup: Outside of the side-clamp depth issue, the rest of the package is stellar. It was packaged exceptionally well, the instructions are crystal clear, and installation was a breeze. The mount itself feels incredibly sturdy and well-engineered. The Verdict: If this had been designed with slightly deeper arms to accommodate standard phone cases, it would easily be a 5-star product. If you drive with a bare phone or a paper-thin case, don't hesitate to buy it. But if you rely on a standard case to protect your phone, you'll want to look elsewhere! UPDATE: I am updating this review to 5 stars. My reasoning is that the customer support team reached out to me and offered a different product of theirs which addressed ALL the concerns of my original report. Therefore I feel this is 5 star review now for the service provided, the replacement, and the fact this product would be awesome for those who either have a thin case or no case at all. I works great in those situations. I appreciate the support team reaching out and giving me a better product that met my needs. Thank you!

This is the best phone holder ! Best value, and great performance. I have not made a single adjustment. It has a strong suction to the windshield.

This worked perfectly. Has a good grip, very portable was able to move around with no problems. Held up n nicely through multiple travels.

Solid product. Seems to work great. The only downside is the suction cup has some sort of adhesive to it. So it’s of course a good thing for strength but not quite ideal. If you need to move it again then it is more difficult to remove. The good thing is this product gets mounted to glass. So even if adhesive gets left behind, it will come off easy.

The adhesive is super strong. This mount is not going anywhere. All my other ones would fall off eventually due to wear and tear or excessive heat. Ive already had this one for a while and its still holding strong. Super happy with it. I wish it could extend a little longer since im in a truck with a bigger inside than a car but other than that this phone mount works great!!!

I will admit this product does have very strong suction and without fail, securely holds my precious phone whilst driving over rough (unpaved) dirt roads (2 -3 miles each day). Downside - It's spring loaded phone grasp mechanism rattles like a Shekere with a mind of its own! The return window has passed and I live with my unwanted mechanical musician who dutifully accompanies each song played. To be honest, I have kept it more so for the very strong suction it does possess. My phone's best friend? - Yes. My ears? - No!!! To conclude - I made the decision to keep (trade-off matrix biased towards device protection over sonic neutrality) and thus live with the ratlles. This note therefore is just to make others whose matrix biases may differ to simply be aware. Update: customer service reached out very quickly and offered - free of cost - a replacement of the defective part. The part has been shipped. I will further update - if necessary - upon receipt.

It’s very sturdy and adjusts very easily and holds the phone in place very well. It’s very easy to install and cures within 24 hours before use.

This phone holder works well — the suction cup is genuinely tacky and grips the windshield or dash like it means it, and the vent mount design is the best I’ve used. Quick to clip in, holds tight, doesn’t sag, and doesn’t block airflow as much as most vent mounts. That said, “military-grade” feels like a stretch. The whole thing is creaky plastic. For a product marketing itself this hard, I expected metal somewhere — a reinforced arm, a hinge, something. It’s not flimsy, it just doesn’t feel like the tank it’s branded as. Pros: • Suction cup actually sticks and stays stuck • Best vent mount design I’ve used • Quick to insert and remove the phone • Adjustable to fit basically any phone size • Holds tight even on bumpy roads Cons: • All plastic, with some creak to it • “Military-grade” branding is a bit much • Some joints feel like they could wear out over years Tips: • Clean the windshield/dash with alcohol before sticking the suction cup — best initial grip • If the suction ever loses tack, rinse the pad with warm water, let it air dry, and it’s good as new • Don’t over-tighten the joints, that’s where plastic mounts tend to crack Four stars. Works great, just adjust your expectations on the build quality.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and it's easily one of the best phone holders I've bought. The suction cup is seriously strong and hasn't fallen off the windscreen, even on bumpy roads or in the recent heat. It grips my phone securely without blocking the buttons, and it's really easy to adjust thanks to the rotating arm. I also like that it comes with different mounting options, so I could try it on the dashboard and vent too. It feels well-made and is definitely good value for the money.
