My daughter has had one of these since 2022 in her van and I got one in July 2023 for my truck and have loved it. It's very adjustable for different situations, well made and holds the phone securely. Just recently noticed it was getting loose and on inspection found that the rubber suction cup was tearing away from the base. Bummer I thought, but it is 3 years old on a vehicle that is in the sun all the time and stuff happens. In looking at replacing it I saw that it had a three year warranty so I sent an email to customer service (service at vanmasslife.com) describing the problem and asking if they could help. Since it was just past the 3 years they said that they couldn't replace the whole thing (understand, gotta draw the line somewhere) but they did offer to send me just a new base with the suction cup to use with the original arm which was still completely functional. So in addition to being a good product, thank you to VanMass and Apricot for really great customer service! Mark M

I love my phone holder. It is so easy to switch around. The grip stays super grippy even as I have moved this from car to car. I will be buying more as my parents have taken over mine the last time I drove them somewhere. This is a super tough one for a great price! You can charge your phone while using as well.

I took a chance on the VANMASS Military-Grade Car Phone Mount for my dashboard, and it has been absolute perfection. Finding a mount that can handle an iPhone 13 Pro Max—especially tucked into a bulky wallet case—is usually a huge challenge. Most suction cups drop off the dash the second you hit a bump, or the side arms aren't deep enough to hold a thick case. This one grips like a champ. The suction on the dashboard is rock-solid, and the cradle opens wide enough to fit my full setup without having to peel the wallet case off every time I get in the car. It stays right where I put it, feels ridiculously sturdy, and the pop of red adds a great accent to the interior. If you have a larger phone with a heavy-duty or wallet case and need something that won't fall down mid-drive, this is 100% worth it!

really like this VANMASS phone holder and can see why it's advertised as heavy-duty. The suction and grip are very strong, and it holds my phone securely while I drive. Once it's mounted, it stays in place and gives me confidence that my phone isn't going anywhere. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because of the charging port access. When I need to plug in my USB-C charging cable, the holder doesn't leave enough room for the connector to fit comfortably. I have to remove my phone from the holder first, plug in the cable, and then put the phone back in the holder. That extra step takes away some of the convenience of having a phone mount in the first place. Other than that, it's a well-made product that performs its main job very well. If charging access were improved, it would easily be a five-star product for me.

The adhesive is super strong. This mount is not going anywhere. All my other ones would fall off eventually due to wear and tear or excessive heat. Ive already had this one for a while and its still holding strong. Super happy with it. I wish it could extend a little longer since im in a truck with a bigger inside than a car but other than that this phone mount works great!!!

This is the best phone holder ! Best value, and great performance. I have not made a single adjustment. It has a strong suction to the windshield.

I purchased this almost a year ago and I still really love this product. It does come with the dash mount but I honestly only bought it for the vent clip. It's metal. It's sturdy, it doesn't bounce around and it has never fallen off. I decided to write this review now because of the customer service. An internal plastic piece did end up breaking. I sent a message to Vanmass thru Amazon. A picture of the broken piece and a couple emails and in about a week I had a new part. Their customer service is top notch! I definitely recommend!

This lives up to what it advertises. I opted for the AC vent holder and it holds steady, doesn’t rattle or shake. It works well and frees up my cup holder now. I’m a big fan of reviews so for my fellow review followers, buy it. It works well.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and it's easily one of the best phone holders I've bought. The suction cup is seriously strong and hasn't fallen off the windscreen, even on bumpy roads or in the recent heat. It grips my phone securely without blocking the buttons, and it's really easy to adjust thanks to the rotating arm. I also like that it comes with different mounting options, so I could try it on the dashboard and vent too. It feels well-made and is definitely good value for the money.
