Great Pan - except no removable bottom...
The pan is great, except it is advertised as having a removable bottom, which it doesn't. There are two varieties made bu De Buyer, one has the removable bottom, one is fixed. I have asked Amazon to fix this, hoping they will let me know when one with a removable bottom is available...

Je recommande pas
Ce moule à rouillé après première utilisation, alors que je l'ai lavé et sécher immédiatement. Je comprends pas ceux qui disent qu'il faut pas laver à l'eau, un torchon n'est pas suffisant pour enlever toutes les impurtés. Bref j'ai opté pour un moule en porcelaine en fin de compte.

Rost nach einmaligem Gebrauch!
Ich habe die Tortenform nur ein Mal benutzt, mit Wasser abgespült und es gibt schon Rost!!!

Produit conforme à mes attentes, n'attache pas, produit sain. La cuisson est très homogène et permet d'avoir des pate à tarte très croustillantes. Moule très rigide. Bien veiller aux préconisations d'entretien

très bon materiaux anti cancérigènemais l’adhésif de prix est collé à l’intérieur et très difficile à enlever. obligé d’utiliser une paille de fer
