It's a good product. It's neither soft nor hard, it's good quality and light weight

Too good.. if you're looking for a hand massager it's a best option for you. It can be used by both kids and elders very easily. I purchased it for my too little once who is not pros in head bath. It's completely solved my problem. Go for it if you r facing the same issue.
