fantastic food does what it says calms but keeps horses condition
have a 3 and half yr old horse who last year in winter as grazing very poor has to be fed hay and food he got colic last year we nearly lost him also within the last 6mths was getting very lively was on mare and foal plus other food changed to this before Xmas as worries about colic again but also to see if it would calm him down it done the job fantastically cannot rate this food high enough because he is only just starting to be backed now being on dry diet and stabled it is like a child who was high on sugar to a calm well behaved boy no colic problems and because it is low in fat not putting to much weight on coat looks good can't fault this does what it says calms and conditions thanks

Excellent Feed for underweight horses or those with poor topline.
Excellent feed for underweight horses or those lacking topline. This feed MUST always be soaked as it blows to 5 times it size. I leave for 1 hour and then add more water if it is too dense a mash. I added ACV and honey to the feed and equivite bodybuilder. Excellent results

You need to soak this using far more water than recommended. My horse kept getting repeated mild colic even though I followed the instructions to the letter. I also would not recommend it for weight gain, fibre beat is far more effective and much cheaper. I would to use this again

Bag was damaged and taped back together.
I've been receiving this product as part of a subscription for several months now and never had an issue but then my delivery arrived today and it has clearly been ripped open and taped back together. I'm not willing to feed my horse anything that has potentially been tampered with so it will be going straight in the bin. Very disappointed.
