Once laid out it is so simple to inflate. The handy integrated foot pump make it so easy to inflate in about 3 minutes maximum with little effort. We all practiced lying on it and it certainly does the trick in keeping you warm, off the floor and comfortable. It deflated in less than 10 seconds and best of all, rolled back to be totally flat amd back in it's small bag without any hassle.

**Q: Weight, in the description it says 28.6lbs and 830g. How much deflated does it actually weigh ? Thanks Tim**
A: I don’t know. But don’t buy it. Deflated after second use and now doesn’t stay inflated

**Q: Does the double also have poppers to attach a single mattress to it?**
A: Nope.
Also it deflates after 3hours use - do not recommend, especially for multiple people

**Q: Is there a specified r-value for this mat?**
A: I had a look online - it says R rating of 3 - 4 but how accurate that is I don’t know. I would be using an insulating foam pad underneath anyway as the material is very fine and I want to protect it about any ground problems. Hope that helps.

Used it as an extra sleeping space for guests that came over. Was actually very comfortable to sleep on. Airing it was easy. Taking the air out and packing is a bit tricky.
