Product works great and it really does get rid of the problem

This was a waste of money & the return window is ridiculously small. You have 30 days from the date you ordered it, not delivery. I ordered it in anticipation due to a local outbreak. Followed all directions, the comb/vacuum didn’t remove eggs or lice bugs. Do not waste your time or money, this is not worth it. I would give 0 stars if I could.

At first it did not seem to be working well enough, but I tried one more time and could see various "things " in the little net. So now I am happy with it. I had written to the customer service and never received a response. But I did eventually get it to work right by removing the little basket and opening it up fully and reinsert. I think I paid $52, which seems a little high, maybe should be priced at $36. You will still want use your regular lice treatments, like lice shampoo, in conjunction.

Easy to use and loved it .. but it broke doing my daughter hair the comb broke off ... worka.best.on thin hair

Amazing comb♡ Disgusting to see what goes in the vacuum bag..... but also satisfactory. Horrid little lice need to be cleared out and with daily use of the V- Comb you'll never have an issue with lice. Just know how to properly use it and you will see results.
