Thet definitely have helped me lose weight 5lb off on the first week.. I have also been cutting down on my food intake aswell. But no exercise at all. . I was really surprised but over the moon.. They do have a down side and that's headaches.. Bit does go away after a couple of days..

They definitely keep you alert all day, without feeling buzzy at all like regular caffeine pills do. As for weight loss though, I'm exercising and eating well but I don't think I see any change, more than usual, personally. Iv noticed that it does help with appetite control throughout the day. My only issue is that there is only 20 days worth (but good value for money having 2 bottles)I take it as I awake in the morning I find I’m not as hungry as when I don’t take it.I’m trying T6 Xtream next to compare any differences. I haven’t weighed myself as yet, but I do exercise every day. The reason for taking this was to control my appetite as I only have a diet meal replacement shake during the day, then after exercise I have my evening meal.

Tried these as an alternative to the serum after contacting the seller.Been taking them for a few days but not lost any weight but perhaps it's early day tho some peoples reviews claim to loose weight within a day or two.Ill keep trying cos I so want them to work but if they've not worked after a month I will return them but Ime hopeful.I will update my review after a few weeks.I had slight side effects for a couple of days but that soon passed .Contacted the stellar for advice and they replied within 24hours.

Don't know if these work. Only a month in. No visible change yet. It may take a while to see if they help with my exercise regime.
