Game changer!
Absolute game changer! Had a 30ft cloth long line and it always felt like more trouble than it was worth. The material makes the line easy to clean, it’s waterproof, and it doesn’t snag on everything the way the cloth leash used to. The bright color is easy to spot over different terrains and the material is very durable. It’s also easier to untangle than the cloth like was and that extra 20ft really makes my dog feel like he’s off leash, while still maintaining the ability to control him when necessary. Highly recommend! I actually bought two; one for each of my dogs. Having this long line has also really improved our training sessions.

Great for doggy adventures
Sturdy & feels nice! Easy to clean and light enough that my dog didn’t mind. We got the 30 ft so she could do some in leash sniff adventures in nature and it worked perfectly and was a great length! We’ve started doing some trails so I’m planning on ordering a shorter one because these are great! I also really love the bright pink color and how it stick out and that the material is easy to clean!

I'm a Trucker Driver and I HAD to leave a review!
I unfortunately don't have any videos or photos to share, but this is AMAZING for anyone who's looking to give their dog a little bit of freedom while practicing recalls, playing, and anything else! I'm on the road 24/7 and I can honestly say I'm SO GLAD I have both a short and super long 50ft leash on hand. Shorter leash is great when we're at a park and we want to play but I don't want her to invade other peoples spaces. She LOVES people, she LOVES other dogs, but it's hard getting her attention so it's the perfect distance for training as well. Long 50ft leash is AMAZING for when I'm parked next to a HUGE grassy/sandy/forest area with plenty of room for her to run and play SAFELY. I've only ever needed the 16ft and 50ft, and both stay neatly packed in my doggy diaper bag. They're so easy to clean, and I don't have to worry about mold or throwing long leashes in the washer (please don't do that unless it's in one of those washer laundry bags). She's a pit bull and when she was a puppy I had to watch and make sure she didn't chew on it, but she loves to play by grabbing her leash and playing tug with it. I also twirl it around (still attached to her harness clip) like one of those ribbon wands and she goes BANANAS for that. It's one of her favorite things to do. And she's never too rough with it cause I've taught her not to be. I'll stop playing with her and go sit down and ignore her and when she's ready we'll go at it again! So again, I don't really have to worry about when it tears. And I've had both for quite a few months now. The buckles haven't rusted, the leash isn't weak in certain spots, and it's held up through all the rough terrain we've been through! Even when it DOES in fact break, I would still buy it again 100%

Nice leash for nosework and off trail hiking
Strong leash that is easy to clip and unclip. It would be a little nicer if the handle section was a bit wider. It's so long that dogs can get a lot of momentum if they see a squirrel or rabbit and then that thin strap is painful. However, it's great for nosework. I have one for each dog and it's easy to untangle them too!

Love these
So I have the 100 foot and ten foot leads, as well as the 50 foot one on the way. These leads are just so great for the price. I’d expect any biothane lead longer than the standard 6 feet to be super expensive. These leads have held up to rigorous use by my 90 lb rescue shepherd. He has hit the end of this thing at full speed on his training harness (we’ve since learned the ropes) and it has held up great. With no cracks and no damage to the clip. I cannot say how this would hold up to chewers although it seems like it wouldn’t be any weaker than a standard lead. The 100 foot lead is what is in the video I attached and it is no joke. I don’t even think I have a video of the full length in one frame. We use it specifically for chuck it fetch in a large field or free roaming afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend this length if your dog isn’t used to being on a long line because it is easy to tangle (I still haven’t found the best storage method) and it is a lot heavier than cheap nylon leads of this length. My dog wasn’t sure he could go further at first when he felt the weight. I also wouldn’t recommend the 100 foot to be attached to anything other than a harness for this same reason. This works great for fetch because the line stays generally parallel to itself but would easily tangle during play or exploration in shrubbery just like any other long line. I love biothane and these leads have good texture. They do hold grip better than some biothane leads when wet, but it still can become difficult to reel in if the grass is damp and your dog is pulling. The ten foot is the perfect length to do training drills in the neigborhoods but still maintain control. This one is light as a feather and not cumbersome at all. I am excited to get the 50 foot lead for dog play dates in open fields (I am still working on his recall so he needs to stay leashed). I’d probably have all other lengths if I wasn’t already I’m using a 25 foot retractable lead for sniff walks.

A game changer for my 7 month old puppy!
Seriously the best purchase I have made for my puppy! He is so full of energy, but does not come back when called so he can't be off leash at the beach or the grassy park. To expel his energy so he behaves like the good little puppy that he is, we use a 30 ft. Long line so he has the freedom to run and sniff and explore with out being on a six ft leash and with no worries that he won't come back! The biothane material is excellent for beach and creek swimming! No nasty smell, and it's strong and does not cut up the hands when he runs! I added a knot just below the handle in case he hits the end of the leash at top speeds I gotta good grip on it! Also another one at about two feet from the clip to use as traffic handle length. The weight is great cuz it drops down from legs and does not tangle . I got the 1/2" width in teal and love everything about it! I am thinking about getting another one about 10' or 12' for regular walks that give a little more freedom for sniffing. The price was the best price for this sort of leash. So far the sand not messing up the clasp. This is seriously the best purchase I have made for my puppy! He gets more freedom while still being on a leash. He can run and sniff and expel his energy and is more well behaved because of it!

Had This for Years and Still Works Great
Love this leash for my dog. She can run out in open fields without me worrying that she will get distracted and run away. It's also excellent for training. I've had it for a long time but hasn't shown any signs of wearing. Highly recommend the 50 foot leash

Great Value!
I have biothane long lines from HightailHikes, viperk9 and other smaller makers from Etsy. I needed a 50ft biothane for a last minute trip asap and chose this one on Amazon. I was (and still am) weary over the durability of the clip. I would have preferred for a heavy duty locking carabiner, but the price is good and Amazon's shipping can't be beat. Took it on our beach trip with our 60lb doggo and so far so good. Will update on its condition if it ever changes. For thr price though, I'm happy! I was looking at another long line and it would of been close to $100+ for the same length before I got this one. I'm satisfied enough that I will wait till this one fails to get the more expensive one with heavy duty hardware.

Looks good, except for some smell
Haven't tested it. Preparing for my puppy's arrival so purchasing in advance. Some smell to it but I think will be fine after airing for a while. Quite heavy to carry but since it is likely to just be dragging around I think it shouldn't be too much for the pup. Love the material and colour, workmanship looks great and durable. Handle doesn't feel like the most comfortable thing to hold but I'm not going to discredit it. Bought the 30ft long leash to prepare for recall training and beach play. Looking forward to using this!

Genial !

Sturdy and easy to clean!
Purchased this for my dog to use at parks and night time when no one else is outside so he gets the sense that he is not restricted on a leash, despite being on one. It has survived an unfortunate encounter with a skunk. The leash is very easy to clean, thin but sturdy. I have tested it by pulling on it with a lot of force and it showed no signs of stress or thinning where the pressure was being applied. I have been using this daily since purchasing it and it's still good as new. I would recommend it for smaller breeds but I cannot comment on whether this would be useful for larger dogs. For context I have a mini schnauzer who weighs about 22 lbs.
