These capsules are one a day and contain the now a third recommendation of areds. I cannot quote direct scientific evidence but the meso- zeaxanthin is included. I am just an ordinary lady terrified every six months as I am getting as i get monitored for the advance of macular degeneration that has been the case for nearly two years.
