I was pleasantly surprised by how comprehensive this first aid kit is. I always take a kit with me when we go on family bike rides but this one is next level! As well as the usual first aid essentials like plasters and a bandage, there are gloves and a resuscitation aid. Luckily there is also a guide on basic first aid and how to use said resuscitation aid. The kit is a bright orange colour and comes with a handy belt hook. It's really good value for the price. I can't comment on the quality of the contents as I (luckily) haven't had to use any of them yet.

This is really good to keep on you if at work or even out walking around, it’s small enough to fit in a coat pocket or on a belt or something like that and not be in the way, definitely a good idea 👍👍😁😁
