It is very compact. It is extremely easy to use.. It can be seen easily. But I would prefer a more white back ground. You would be able to see it better from a distance. Everything as stated works very well. It uses two AAA batteries. How long before they need to be replace is unknown. It does have a button that provides very good backlight. This last only a few seconds. As far as I can tell by comparison the time, date, and temperature are accurate There are two alarm settings. The louder alarm is better. The alarm is veery easy to set as well as other items for this clock. The case will easlily do the job. When this clock is closed, it is slim and compact. It does deserve a 5 star ratiing.

This is a wonderful item. Perfect size and perfect functionality. I have one in the bathroom and another in my studio. It took me less than 5 minutes to update the settings. I love the slim profile - it's easy to slide into a suitcase pocket. I also like the face that you can tap a button to illuminate the clock but it doesn't stay lit. You can adjust the brightness level between a high & low setting.

It’s an excellent travel alarm clock. The two alarm volume levels should suit most preferences, the snooze function is fixed at nine minutes, and the option to set the alarm as recurring with the choice to include or exclude weekends is a nice bonus. Its operation is simple, which is part of its appeal, and its design leans toward a clean, almost modern look. It could offer more features, such as a second alarm or adjustable snooze time, but that would probably take away from what makes it special being simple and perfectly functional, which is quite rare these days. I’m very happy with my purchase and take it with me as a backup and it may even become my main alarm instead of my cellphone.

I like the size of the clock, is perfect for my desk. It replaced my old one that died. I can see the time across a small room in the daytime. I do wish the day, time etc was all on one line, either across the top or the bottom. The 'day' has very faint letters compared to everything else on the screen. It was nice it came with the batteries. Not sure, with the price how long it will last. So far it keeps good time. I do not use the alarm. I gave it 4 stars as I wish the background was brighter contrast with the numbers, it looks rather dull sitting there. It does not glow in the dark. Also, while setting the clock up was fairly easy, reading the buttons was not. Overall, it suits my purpose and for the money, it does what I want it to which is to tell me the time.

I purchased the clock to have in my camper while out traveling/camping. I'd perfect for its purpose. Compact with time, temperature, alarm, date.

This is the perfect alarm clock. I bought it because I play chicken with death on my phone and set 3 alarms, snooze through them all, and wake up 5 mins before work. But lo! That is solved with this ONE alarm clock. It gives me ONE tone, ONE volume switch, and ONE alarm. It keeps me disciplined in a way that my phone never could because, even with its 9 minute snooze button, my options are drastically limited. Do I want an alarm with 20 different tones and the ability to set it so low I can’t hear it? No. With this alarm I get two options: do I want it to go off on the weekend, and do I want it loud or less loud? That’s it. Perfection. I like that it will reliably wake me up (wake me up inside) and that it can be carried in your pocket as a pet. It has all the relevant info on one screen: time, alarm, temperature, date, and day of the week. It’s a cute yellow like the morning sun and has a delightful little time table on the inside of the lid (which can be flipped back as a stand). It also has satisfying little clunk when you shut it. But yeah, beside that, there’s nothing else to it. It cost me all of 12 dollars. The cost-benefit is ridiculous and my brothers in arms, it ended the needless assault on my attention. It’s given me the much needed rigidity and discipline I’ve been craving. It’s a testament to less is more and I’ve never been happier. Praise simplicity.

I have a battery powered alarm clock I like, but I wanted to find something smaller and more portable and with covered buttons so they didn't get pushed in my bag. I'm giving this 3 stars because this IS a decent alarm clock, middle of the road. But I returned it because of 3 issues I had with it: - The alarm beeps twice when you set an alarm. So if you're turning the alarm on before going to sleep, it'll beep after you pick the time you need. So if anyone else is in the room and you don't want to disturb them, you need to leave the room to set the alarm. Maybe not an issue for people who will set it once and have it go off the same time every day. - My existing alarm clock starts with a slower beep and then increases in speed every 5-10 seconds or so. I didn't realize how much I loved this until I tried this new alarm clock and felt like the beeping was SO aggressive and jarring. Great if that's what you're looking for! But not a good fit for me. - I usually snooze my alarm a few times, and on this alarm clock, you have to hit the far right button to snooze the alarm, and pushing any other button will turn the alarm off for the day. I feel like I personally am likely to hit the wrong button while I'm half awake and accidentally turn the alarm off instead of snoozing it, which will defeat the purpose and make me oversleep. Again, may not be a problem for other people, but it made this alarm clock a bad fit for me. I wanted to love this, and it's a cute color and very nice small size. But after testing it out, I realized the things I noted above are important to me. I hope this review helps other people make an informed purchase!
