A little concerned about receiving a product that did not match the pictures from the purchase screen and the fact that it only came with limited instructions. I had no idea what the gel packs were for. Never used any of this before. If you are new to this, just know that they are extras. All you have to do is peel back the plastic and apply to desired area. Keep the plastic wraps though. You'll need it for storage to keep dust and debris off the gel. I haven't been using it long so I will follow up with this post. Definitely getting less voltage from one of the smaller ones than the other, unless that's just because the side I put it on is my weak side lol. Make sure you got the mode you want before starting your session and ensure that you can handle the jolts for an extended period of time. May have to train yourself and get used to lower power settings before going to higher power settings. It does automatically switch off after 12 minutes so don't fall asleep if you want a 20-30 minute session.

It was easy to use and works great

I was surprised that they can actually get your abs sore. I have to do up to level 5 to get a good workout, but it goes up to level 9. Some of the bad reviews are from ppl not understanding how to use the sticky pads. You can’t touch them with fabric and greasy fingers and expect them to stay sticky. They do get sticky again after rinsing with water, but eventually if they are used improperly you will have to switch them out for different pads, which come with the product. I have been using mine for a month now and they are still sticky. You just have to be careful with them. The only complaint I have is that sometimes one side feels like stronger muscle stimulation that the other, but I’m keeping it at 5 stars because it’s minor and it’s probably my muscle physiology causing the issue.This one is also cool because the side straps help it stay on better.

I was skeptical about products like this, but I was pleasantly surprised... I workout regularly, so I didn't feel that electric stimulation devices like this could provide actual visible benefits, but it actually did. I will definitely continue to use it...

Waste of money doesn't even work

I got this about a month ago and I have used it everyday before bed for about 30 minutes I have noticed a big difference. I waited to write review to see if it actually works. Would definitely buy again

So I got this not expecting much was I was surprised. It won't get you ripped but it toned up my "dunlap" so I didn't look so out of shape. It won't burn the fat but definitely tones the muscles underneath.

There has been no time to work out, write code every day, simply do not want to move. Someone recommended this product online, you could sit and train abs. I was curious, so I bought it. Try a period of time, feel good. It will take the entire abdominal muscle group rhythmically contraction, each time after using the abdominal muscle will feel very sore, I think there is an effect. I'll give feedback on the workout after a while.
