Got this back brace and the heat pad failed so I contacted them about the problem and they sent me a new one free of charge and there Communication and customer service was outstanding ,the back brace is really good and supports my back day in day out and to be able to just turn on the heat pad is brilliant.I would definitely recommend this item and company with outstanding customer services 👌

Good decent belt, adjustable eith support and heat powered by batery makes it a good choice,only problem sometimes heat just cut off even is battery still

Bought this for the wife to give her extra support while at work.She works in a warehouse that's cold all the time and heated jacket helped but heat and support changed her overnight.The fact this comes with belt, removable supports, heat pad, battery pack (and place to put it on belt) , charger and leads then to top it off it's presented in a nice box. (perfect as a present)Strongly suggested

Bought this for hubby to ease his lower back pain. After 2 months the heated pad wasn’t working properly. Contacted Ginekoo who dealt with the problem straightaway and replaced the heat pad. Very happy.

Was suffering with a bad back and wasn’t getting better due to working in a chilled environment, this belt worked a treat , the heat pad failed shortly after purchase but excellent customer support and they sent a new one out straight away , highly recommended

Good quality but cable to short. Can only wear when next to a power point.

Currently cannot smell anything but a slight sandlewood Smell. I’m hoping because it’s so cold but the packing is cute. Keeping my fingers x
