Q: For the 30 x 96 table, can people be seated on the ends without hitting the legs of the table?

Yes, it is not a ton of room but they could. This is also a very sturdy table. We used it to set up brunches and buffets in our business.

Hello, Unfortunately these only open in 2 sizes. 72 x 30 x 30 inches 96 x 30 x 30 inches

Q: Does anyone know if the bottom of the legs have threading to accept a self-leveling type of furniture foot?

I would say probably not. I'm not 100% sure but there would be a cost factor involved with that and every table that I've seen like this one have no self-leveling foot.
