On the whole this is a good steam mop. The instructions are good and it is simple to put together. Not too heavy, seems quite well made, and is manoeuvrable. The one thing that really lets it down for me is that there is no on/off switch. If, say, you are using it with an extension lead and have to break off mopping for some reason, you have to get to the socket to turn it off. I know that's not a big deal but would have been so much better with an on/off switch. Also, it doesn't stand up. It has to be leant against something when not in use.
