Worth the purchase!
His laptop skin is pretty and super easy to put on. I had to trim the edges as it was a little too big, but that was expected. It was a bit tricky to get the trimming just right. Be sure you use quality scissors so that you get a clean cut. I’ve had this on for over a month and haven’t had any issues with the quality, durability or it lifting up. I haven’t tried to take it off yet but I can say that I did lift an edge when putting it on and that was very forgiving. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

Nice cover
Looks great, easily trimmed to fit a smaller laptop, covered all the scratches and looks like new.

Good wrap, but low res images
So first of all, do not use the instructions on this product page. Instead go search YouTube for a video called "DIY Vinyl Wrap Your Laptop" by color change customs. It's the best video I found on how to properly wrap your laptop. Secondly, don't trim the vinyl until after you have applied it to your laptop. Make sure to smooth all air bubbles out, and then use a heat gun\ hair dryer to relax the vinyl around the edges and stretch it to a tight fit on the corners. Once applied, you can then trim the vinyl at the seam between the back and front panel of your laptop top. It gives it a much more professional look that will last a long time.As for the vinyl skins themselves, the material seems to be good quality, but the actual images are fairly low resolution. You can see in the close up picture of the text on my Skin, that there is pretty significant pixelation. That said . You don't really notice it too much from a distance and overall the skin looks good, and will protect your device for a long time to comeI didn't use the two palm rest stickers, as I don't like them (I would have just bought a second skin and disassembled my laptop to apply it to the keyboard area if I were going to do that), but I could see the palm rest stickers being used to wrap a small cell phone or other personal electronic device.

It only comes in one size
While the design is great, there's one major issue: it only comes in one size. You have to cut the sticker yourself to fit your laptop.Cutting it can be tricky, and it's easy to mess up and get a crooked edge. Because of this, I only suggest buying it if your laptop is close to the largest size listed, probably a 15.6" screen. If your laptop is smaller, you'll have to do a lot of cutting, and it might not look very good.

Love it but measure well before you cut
Absolutely love this! It's much thicker than I thought it would be as a "sticker". I used a T-square and xacto knife. The grid pattern on the back was helpful, but if you trust only it, your cuts won't be square.Laying it down was so easy compared to screen film because of it's density.Once cut, start with one side, peel back and crease the backing paper about a third of the way. Position using your thumbs as guides for the adjacent edges. Once you've got your positioning, pull the backing down as your squeegee down the center to the opposite end. I used a plastic spatula through the center to lay it down and then diagonally to the outer corners. If your cut is great and your positioning was accurate at the start, it goes down perfectly. You can lift it a tad to reposition but be careful to not pull on it or it may alter the fit. Work on the measuring, cutting and initial positioning and let the thickness of the material do the rest of the work for you. The corners on my Lenovo are a bit rounded. Once the skin was on, I simply flipped the laptop over and used the xacto to shape the corners. To soften the edges on the corners, I used an Emory board and smoothed the roughness away using a downward motion.Yep, I'll absolutely buy another from this company in the future. Oh and the print quality - color and sharpness is excellent.

Low resolution
Cute idea and easy to apply but fitting it to a laptop is tricky because all monitors are different. This is made for a taller screen just FYI. Resolution could be better.

Love the look it gives my laptop
This fit the laptop I have and only had to be trimmed very very little, but still the look I was going for and since it’s vinyl it comes right off when I WANT it to.
